工作職責：
1、Develop supplier network in Asia to support operation needs of Oatey global footprints.
    發展亞洲供應商網絡，以支持Oatey的全球運營需求。
2、Identify cost reduction opportunities and then formalize to the project to achieve cost saving goals.
    識別降低成本的機會，并使項目規范化以實現成本節約目標。
3、Monitor, audit, and report performance of assigned suppliers; provide feedback to suppliers using formal review procedures and ensure that supplier performance issues are quickly addressed.
    監控、審核和報告指定供應商的表現;使用正式的評審程序向供應商提供反饋，確保供應商出現的問題得到迅速解決。
4、Participate on cross-functional teams to facilitate Sourcing initiatives.
    參與跨職能團隊，推動采購計劃的執行。
5、Monitor commodity costs that affect material prices and assure that related cost changes, especially savings, are identified.
    監控影響材料價格的商品成本，并確保識別相關的成本變化，特別是識別出可節省的成本。
6、Other duties as assigned by line Manager.

任職要求：
1、本科學歷(供應鏈或工程學學士學位)，以及相關課程的額外培訓(如ISO9001，質量保證，精益制造等)
2、3年以上采購經驗或采購部門工作經驗;有原材料(如金屬或塑料)或成品(如鑄件，鍛件和塑料模壓制品)經驗或背景者優先;有管道或水龍頭行業背景者優先。
3、接受過正式的采購培訓和/或 CPM 認證
4、具備較強的口頭和書面溝通能力;必須掌握流利的普通話和英語，包括書面和會話能力
5、出色的人際交往能力，包括:傾聽、培訓、溝通、協調能力
6、熟練使用Office辦公軟件，包括Word, Excel和PowerPoint。熟悉MRP或ERP系統
7、愿意并能夠承受25%以上的出差時間
